In my adult life I lack the necessary motor skills to function highly in today’s world of video games. However, back when video games relied solely on controllers with a stick and a button. I was on that!

It’s pretty interesting to see the progression in video game console design . . . and just how many different companies were producing home video game consoles.

The first console to come into my life was the Atari 2600. I think my parents bought it around 1982–83, already it was 5–6 years old, but at the time, it seemed really new and groundbreaking. The console game with a game called Berzerk.

We spent hours and hours playing Berzerk.
