Pudding Pops.
Thursday, February 3rd, 2011Right now, I would watch the entirety of Leonard Part 6 for a pudding pop.

What happens on a Saturday when you have nothing legit going on? This does:
(Trust me, this ain’t glamorous)
+ Sleep in until 9am. I can recall a time in my life when sleeping in meant waking up at 2 or 3pm. Not anymore.
+ Take a quick ride on the road bike . . . which is in winter mode, attached to the indoor trainer in my basement.
+ Go to the Farmers Market down the street for eggs and bread. Casually bump into my Lady Friend (she left the house super early on Saturday) and I learn we have a “ton” of eggs in the refrigerator. “Did you not look”? No. I buy bread.
Most sincere apologies to all Single Ladies and Timothy. At the end of the week my Lady Friend is returning home after a long time at Sea . . . Rather, from across the Sea.
To be sure there are actual, non-superficial, things one misses when their partner is away . . . that being said, I am looking forward to catching up on more than a months worth of Mad Men episodes. I know she is too.
Since we are talking about television programming. This is where I always wanted to live. I hear there is a constant inventory of pudding pops.

I began this project in March of 2006. It all started on top of my shoulder and has been slowly creeping down ever since. I find it best not rush a process like this. Although, I am now slightly motivated to complete the piece before 2009 closes out. My favorite part of this photo? Tedd’s glasses. This is among the first images I have ever captured with my phone. Who knew phones could steal souls these days?
